Cancellation & Refund Policy

We want you to love your fragrance. Because perfume is a personal, hygiene-sensitive product, our policy is simple and transparent — please read it before ordering.
When you’re eligible for a replacement or refund
We offer a replacement or refund only if the item you received is:
- Damaged — the bottle is broken or cracked,
- Leaked — the product leaked in transit, or
- Wrong — a different item than what you ordered was sent by us.
How to raise a claim
- Report within 2 days of delivery. Claims made after 2 days cannot be accepted (this short window prevents misuse).
- A clear unboxing video is mandatory. The video must show the sealed package being opened in one continuous shot, clearly showing the damage, leak, or wrong item. This protects both you and us and confirms the issue occurred on our end.
- Email the video and your order number to hello@rasaparfums.in.
What happens next
- Once your video is verified, we’ll arrange a replacement or a full refund — your choice.
- Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method (prepaid) within 5–7 business days. For COD orders, we refund via UPI/bank transfer.
What is not covered
- Opened or used products that are not damaged, leaked, or wrong (for hygiene reasons, perfumes cannot be returned once used).
- “Change of mind”, or because a scent smells different on your skin than expected — fragrance is personal and subjective.
- Claims made without a valid unboxing video, or after 2 days.
Order cancellation
You can cancel your order before it is dispatched — just contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled, but it remains covered by the damage/leak/wrong-item terms above.
