We ship across India and want your fragrance to reach you safely and quickly. Here’s exactly what to expect.

Shipping charges

Free shipping on every order, pan-India. There are no hidden delivery fees — the price you see includes shipping and taxes.

Dispatch & delivery time

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days.
Delivery usually takes 3–7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location. Remote pin codes may take a little longer.
Orders are not dispatched or delivered on Sundays and public holidays.

Order tracking

Once your order ships, we share a tracking link by email/SMS so you can follow it to your door. If you don’t receive tracking within 3 days of ordering, please contact us.

Payment options

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD), UPI, and secure online payment. Prepaid orders enjoy an extra 10% off where applicable.

Damaged in transit?

If your parcel arrives damaged or leaking, please see our Cancellation & Refund Policy— you’re covered, provided you report it within 2 days with an unboxing video.
