Products & pricing

• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes (GST).
• Our fragrances are original compositions, inspired by well-known scent profiles. They are not the branded originals and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sold as those brands.
• We make every effort to display colours, descriptions, and notes accurately; minor variations in packaging or batch may occur.

Orders & payment

• We accept Cash on Delivery (COD), UPI, and online payment via our secure gateway (Razorpay).
• Placing an order is an offer to buy; we may accept or decline it (for example, if an item is out of stock or the address is unserviceable). If we cannot fulfil a prepaid order, we refund it in full.
• Prepaid orders are eligible for the advertised 10% discount where applicable.

Shipping, returns & refunds

Delivery is covered by our Shipping Policy and returns/refunds by our Cancellation & Refund Policy, which form part of these Terms.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, or use it for any unlawful purpose. All content, branding, and imagery on this site are owned by Rasa Parfums and may not be copied without permission.

Limitation of liability

Fragrance is personal and subjective. Patch-test before use. We are not liable for individual sensitivities or reactions. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.
